The Roxy features a unique vintage decor that sets a classy tone across the hotel. With an in-house cinema and a jazz club, the entertainment options offer a notable charm that keeps guests engaged without stepping outside.
During peak holiday times, expect some chaos in the dining areas, as staff may be overwhelmed, leading to longer waits. Certain rooms might feel cramped compared to expectations-especially if you're used to more space. The analog clock in the room is a throwback that feels unnecessary in this day and age. A digital option would suit modern sensibilities far better. If Wi-Fi connection is crucial, be prepared to deal with inconsistencies, as public networks can be hit or miss. Finally, the bathroom amenities could use some improvement-adequate cleaning and modern fixtures would go a long way in enhancing comfort.

Chic place with efficient employees at the reception desk. Excellent and stunning location, in the area stopped by for breakfast. Based close enough to walking distance to Greenwich Village, the theater and Soho art galleries and shopping.

Staff always helpful.
Beautiful building, beautiful location next to several interesting areas, Tribeca, and Manhattan. Also, right next to a main subway stop. Spotless room and nice decor. Plenty of fantastic food for meals.

I loved the hotel, it is beautiful, has a great staff and a good restaurant and nice lounge bar. A little bit of noise from the outside, but it didn't disturbed me.

The hotel location is wonderful. Surrounded by subway stops, good restaurants, shopping, easy walking distance to SOHO. The staff are excellent at this hotel. Really wanting to help and be helpful at every turn. The room and bed were very comfortable and tastefully styled. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend.

Great staff. The coffee machines on all but one floor were broken on the morning of the last day which i'm not complaining about but just highlighting. Otherwise, all fabulous.

The jazz club killed it, and the in-room minibar blew my mind. Having a movie theater was a solid bonus for downtime, too. I loved how I could hear the live music from my room. The balcony overlooking the bar was a nice touch!

Everything, but to be more specific, I mostly enjoyed the staff, the breakfast, the location andthey room (big enough, clean, with windows we can open).

The staff were accommodating and kind.
The water pressure in the bathroom was incredibly weak, so showers were unpleasant. And the white noise muffler in the rooms to drown out the sound from the bar was also pretty uncomfortable.
